Terms and Conditions
Version: 18 October 2026
Effective from publication on puppyflow.com.au
These Terms and Conditions apply to all puppy yoga classes, private events and related activities operated under the Puppy Flow brand (each a Session).
The Session operator is SERAFIMA TOMASHEVSKAIA, ABN 84 622 609 915, trading as Puppy Flow (Puppy Flow, we, us or our). Our website is https://www.puppyflow.com.au. You can contact us at team@puppyflow.com.au.
The purchaser must read and accept these Terms and the applicable Participant Waiver during online booking. Other Participants must read these Terms and personally complete the applicable waiver before participating. A parent or legal guardian must complete the waiver for each Participant under 18. If you book for a group, share the documents and waiver completion link with everyone attending. Purchasing tickets does not automatically constitute another adult’s acceptance or media consent.

Privacy Policy: https://www.puppyflow.com.au/privacy-policy
1. Definitions
Adult means a person aged 18 years or older.
Breeder Partner means a breeder or other approved puppy provider engaged by Puppy Flow under a separate agreement.
Participant means any person who books, attends or takes part in a Session, including a child.
Session means a puppy yoga class, puppy interaction period, private event or related activity operated by Puppy Flow.
Venue means the premises at which a Session is held, including premises operated by a third party.
2. Bookings payment and waiver acceptance
- Bookings are made through Wix Bookings. Payments are processed through Stripe. No customer account or website membership is required.
- Prices and any applicable charges are displayed before payment. Unless stated otherwise, prices are in Australian dollars. The price confirmed for your booking will not be increased after purchase; price changes apply to future bookings.
- A booking is confirmed when the required payment has been received and we issue a booking confirmation. Contact us if you pay but do not receive confirmation.
- Each Participant must hold their own valid ticket unless the booking description expressly states otherwise. Adult and child tickets are charged at the same advertised per-person price unless a different offer is clearly displayed.
- At checkout, the purchaser must separately accept these Terms and the Participant Waiver. Where the purchaser is not attending, their waiver acceptance covers the group booking responsibilities, not a health declaration or release on behalf of other adults.
- Additional adult Participants must complete their own waiver. A parent or legal guardian must complete one identifying each Participant under 18. These may be completed in advance or using the link or QR code provided at check-in. A Participant cannot join the Session until the applicable waiver has been completed and verified.
- Provide accurate purchaser contact details, including a name, email address and telephone number. We use these details for confirmations, reminders, essential Session changes and customer support.
- The confirmation email includes links to the Terms and Waiver and instructions for group Participants. Forward them to everyone in your booking. Reading the documents does not replace completing the waiver.
- Tickets must not be resold, whether for profit, at face value or at a discount, or used for an unauthorised commercial promotion. An approved change of Participant under section 3 does not permit resale.
3. Cancellations transfers and refunds
Your statutory rights apply in addition to this booking policy. Nothing in this section removes a refund or other remedy required by the Australian Consumer Law.
- Tickets are not refundable for a change of mind, personal scheduling conflict, failure to attend or lateness. Illness or personal travel disruption does not ordinarily entitle you to a change-of-mind refund, but contact us promptly so we can consider any available transfer or remedy required by law.
- To request a change to your booked Session date, you must notify Puppy Flow in writing by email to team@puppyflow.com.au at least 48 hours before the scheduled start of your original Session, quoting your booking reference. Date changes are subject to availability and our written confirmation. Each ticket may be rescheduled once only. We do not charge a fee for this customer-requested date change. The one-change limit applies to customer-requested rescheduling and does not restrict remedies for a cancellation or material change made by Puppy Flow or any rights required by law.
- You may request to give your ticket to another eligible person free of charge between you and that person by notifying us at least 48 hours before the Session. Tickets must not be resold. We do not charge a fee for an approved change of Participant. The replacement must read these Terms and complete their own waiver before participating.
- Customer requests to change the Session date received less than 48 hours before the scheduled start will not be accepted under this rescheduling policy. Requests for a change of Participant after the applicable name-change notice period are not guaranteed. These rules do not remove a refund or other remedy required by law.
- If we cancel your Session, you may choose a full refund of the affected booking or an available alternative Session or credit. You are not required to accept credit instead of a refund.
- If we materially change the date, time, venue or advertised service, we will notify you and offer an appropriate remedy, including a refund where required by law or where the changed Session cannot reasonably meet the original booking.
- Refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. We will tell you when a refund has been initiated; bank or payment-provider processing times may affect when it appears.
- For a private event, any agreed deposit, payment timetable and specific cancellation terms must be provided and accepted in writing before payment. An event-specific term does not remove mandatory consumer rights.
4. Age requirements and supervision of children
- The minimum age for participation is 5 years. Children under 5 may not enter the Session area, including as spectators, unless we have expressly advertised a particular Session as suitable for them.
- Every Participant aged 5 to 15 years inclusive must:
- have their own valid ticket;
- attend with a participating Adult who also holds a valid ticket; and
- remain under that Adult’s direct and active supervision throughout the Session.
- Unless we approve otherwise in writing, there must be at least one participating Adult for every two Participants aged 5 to 15.
- The accompanying Adult is responsible for the child’s conduct, safety and compliance with these Terms and all facilitator directions. Puppy Flow does not provide childcare or accept responsibility for supervising a child in place of their accompanying Adult.
- The Adult must immediately remove the child from an activity if asked by a facilitator or if the child is distressed, unable to follow instructions, handling a puppy unsafely or disrupting the Session.
- A parent or legal guardian must complete a waiver identifying each Participant under 18. The supervising Adult may be a different person, but must know how to contact the parent or legal guardian and remain present throughout the Session. Parental permission for intentional photography or filming and publication is obtained separately on site as described in section 11.
5. Health and fitness to participate
- You are responsible for deciding whether you and any child in your care are physically and medically fit to participate in yoga and interact closely with live animals.
- You must tell the facilitator before the Session about any injury, pregnancy, medical condition, disability, allergy, phobia or other circumstance that may affect safe participation. Disclosure does not mean we can make the Session safe or suitable for you.
- If you are pregnant, have a compromised immune system, are receiving immunosuppressive treatment, have a dog allergy or have any relevant health concern, you should obtain advice from an appropriately qualified health practitioner before attending.
- You must not attend if you have symptoms of a contagious illness, including fever, persistent coughing, vomiting or diarrhoea, or if a health professional has advised you to isolate.
- You may stop participating at any time. You must not attempt any movement that causes pain or appears beyond your ability, and you must follow any modification or safety direction given by the instructor.
- We may require a Participant to stop an activity or leave where reasonably necessary to address a specific health or safety risk. We will consider appropriate adjustments where practicable and comply with applicable accessibility and anti-discrimination requirements. Refunds and other remedies depend on the circumstances, section 3 and applicable law; a health disclosure does not automatically remove your consumer rights.
- Our Sessions are not allergen-free. No breed or individual puppy is guaranteed to be hypoallergenic.
6. Acknowledgement of risk and participant responsibility
- Puppy yoga combines physical activity with interaction with young live animals. Even with reasonable care, it involves inherent and obvious risks.
- Risks may include, without limitation:
- slips, trips and falls caused by movement, mats, equipment, puppies, toys, water or animal toileting;
- muscle strain, aggravation of an existing condition or other injury associated with yoga or physical movement;
- scratches, bites, licking, jumping, collision or other unpredictable animal behaviour;
- allergic reaction, asthma, exposure to animal dander, saliva, urine, faeces, parasites, bacteria, viruses or zoonotic disease;
- damage to clothing, footwear, phones or other belongings; and
- emotional distress or fear arising from close interaction with animals.
- You voluntarily choose to participate and accept responsibility for the ordinary and inherent risks of the Session, for assessing your own capabilities, and for the conduct and safety of any child under your supervision.
- You must act reasonably, take care for your own safety and the safety of others and the puppies, follow all instructions, and immediately report any injury, incident, hazard or concerning puppy behaviour.
- This clause does not exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Hygiene and biosecurity
- Participants must comply with all hygiene and biosecurity directions, including requirements to:
- sanitise or wash hands before and after puppy interaction;
- remove shoes from the activity area or sanitise footwear when directed;
- use supplied cleaning or protective products as directed; and
- avoid bringing animal food, treats, toys, bedding or other animal-related items into the Venue without approval.
- You must not attend if, within the previous 14 days, you or an animal in your household has had suspected or confirmed exposure to canine parvovirus or another highly contagious canine disease, unless we have approved attendance following veterinary advice.
- Do not bring pets or other non-assistance animals to a Session without written approval. If you use an assistance animal, contact us in advance where practicable so we can discuss venue access and arrangements that protect both your access rights and puppy welfare. We will assess the circumstances in accordance with applicable law; this is not a blanket exclusion of assistance animals.
- We take reasonable biosecurity precautions and require health and vaccination information from Breeder Partners. However, no protocol can eliminate every risk of infectious disease. Participants who own dogs should keep their animals appropriately vaccinated and seek veterinary advice if concerned.
- We may refuse entry or remove a Participant who does not comply with hygiene or biosecurity requirements.
8. Puppy interaction and welfare rules
Puppy welfare is the priority. You must:
- interact calmly, gently and only in the manner directed by the facilitator;
- not pick up, carry, lift, restrain or move a puppy unless the facilitator expressly permits and supervises it;
- never pull a puppy’s limbs, ears, tail or coat, apply pressure to its neck, spine, joints or abdomen, sit or lie on it, chase it, wake it or corner it;
- not feed a puppy any food, treat, drink, chewing gum, confectionery, medication or other substance;
- not approach or touch a puppy that is sleeping, eating, hiding, fearful, distressed, unwell or attempting to move away;
- not use flash photography, make loud noises or use any object or behaviour likely to frighten or overstimulate a puppy;
- keep personal belongings secure and outside puppy reach;
- not remove or permit a puppy to leave the designated area; and
- immediately notify a facilitator if a puppy appears injured, unwell, distressed or behaves unusually.
A serious or repeated breach may result in removal where reasonably necessary to protect people or puppies. Any refund or other remedy remains subject to section 3 and applicable law. Where legally responsible, a Participant may be required to pay reasonable, evidenced loss, veterinary costs or property damage directly caused by their intentional, reckless or negligent conduct. An accompanying Adult’s responsibility for a child’s actions depends on their own conduct and applicable law; these Terms do not impose unlimited liability for another person’s actions.
9. Puppies and Session format
- Puppies are supplied by Breeder Partners and are not owned or permanently housed by Puppy Flow.
- We take reasonable steps to work with Breeder Partners who confirm that participating puppies are healthy, appropriately vaccinated for their age and suitable for public interaction.
- Puppy welfare needs may change without notice. A facilitator may rest or remove a puppy, shorten or pause interaction, change the class format or end a Session if reasonably necessary for animal or participant welfare.
- Unless expressly guaranteed in the booking description, puppy breed, age, number, temperament and availability may vary. Puppies choose when and how to interact; we do not promise uninterrupted contact with a particular puppy. Illustrative images do not override an express booking promise or advertised description. If a change materially affects the advertised service, your rights under section 3 and the Australian Consumer Law apply.
- We do not sell or arrange the adoption of puppies as part of a Session. Any introduction to a Breeder Partner is informational only. Puppy Flow does not guarantee or endorse a particular puppy purchase and is not a party to any later transaction between a Participant and a Breeder Partner.
10. Arrival, Venue rules and conduct
- Participants should arrive 10 minutes early. Late entry may be refused if it would disrupt the class or affect puppy safety. Subject to the Australian Consumer Law, lateness does not entitle a Participant to a refund or extension.
- Participants must comply with reasonable directions from Puppy Flow staff and Venue personnel.
- Shoes must not be worn in the yoga area. Comfortable clothing suitable for movement is recommended.
- A Participant must not attend while affected by alcohol or non-prescribed drugs, smoke or vape inside the Venue, behave aggressively or disrupt the Session.
- We may refuse entry or remove a Participant whose conduct is unsafe, abusive, seriously disruptive, unlawful or harmful to puppy welfare, or who seriously or repeatedly breaches these Terms. We will explain the reason where practicable. Any refund or other remedy remains subject to applicable law and section 3.
- Participants are responsible for damage they intentionally or negligently cause to the Venue, equipment or other property.
- You are responsible for your personal belongings. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss, theft or damage unless caused by our failure to exercise due care and skill.
11. Photography videos and sharing
Adult photography notice
When an Adult purchases a ticket for themselves and accepts the photography notice clearly presented during booking, they consent to Puppy Flow taking photographs or videos of them and sharing permitted material on Puppy Flow’s website and social media for promotional purposes, subject to their right to decline or withdraw consent.
Please tell staff before each Session if you do not wish to be photographed or filmed. You may also change your preference during the Session. We will respect your choice and will not intentionally photograph or film you. Declining promotional photography does not prevent attendance.
A purchaser cannot automatically provide consent for other adults in a group. Please share this notice with everyone attending. Staff will confirm other adult Participants’ photography preferences and obtain their consent where required before intentionally photographing or filming them.
Participants under 18
Buying a ticket or accepting a safety waiver does not provide photography or publication permission for a Participant under 18. Before intentionally photographing or filming them, staff must obtain explicit permission from their parent or legal guardian on site, including separate confirmation that the content may be published on Puppy Flow’s website or social media. We also respect the Participant’s own objection.
Background capture and additional uses
Incidental background capture may occur, but it does not override a refusal. We take reasonable steps to avoid publishing an identifiable image of a person who has declined, including cropping, blurring or excluding the material.
Our planned promotional use is limited to Puppy Flow’s website and social media. We do not sell identifiable participant images or use them in paid advertising or printed promotional material under this notice. We do not grant studios, breeders, photographers or private-event hosts an independent right to publish them. Any proposed additional use, including a private-event host’s publication, requires separate appropriate permission specifying the intended use and recipient.
You may contact team@puppyflow.com.au to withdraw consent for future use or request removal of an image. We will take reasonable steps to remove material from channels we control. We cannot guarantee removal of copies already downloaded or shared by others.
Participants’ own photographs
Participants may take photographs and short videos for personal, non-commercial use, provided they do not use flash, interrupt the Session or distress a puppy. Ask before intentionally photographing another person, and respect refusals. For children, obtain the parent or guardian’s permission and respect the child’s wishes. Do not publish identifiable images of another Participant without appropriate permission.
Commercial photography, professional equipment and livestreaming require our prior written approval and any necessary participant permissions. A tag or mention of Puppy Flow alone does not give us permission to repost another person’s identifiable image. If you send content for reposting, we will confirm the permitted use and relevant permissions.
12. Personal information
- We collect the contact, booking, attendance, waiver, parental permission and relevant safety information needed to administer Sessions, record acceptance, manage safety and meet applicable obligations. Any collection of health information is subject to appropriate consent or another lawful basis.
- Information is handled as explained in the Privacy Policy: https://www.puppyflow.com.au/privacy-policy. This includes the use of Wix, Stripe and Google Drive and possible processing outside Australia.
- We do not sell customer information or routinely provide participant contact details or health declarations to studios, breeders or event hosts for their own purposes. Necessary service providers, emergency services, insurers, professional advisers or regulators may receive relevant information where permitted or required by law.
- We do not currently send promotional email, SMS or WhatsApp campaigns. Booking or waiver acceptance does not subscribe you to marketing. Booking confirmations, reminders and essential Session notices are service communications.
13. Liability and statutory rights
- Our services must meet the applicable consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, including being provided with due care and skill. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
- Participation involves the risks explained in section 6 and the Participant Waiver. Your voluntary acknowledgement of inherent risks does not excuse Puppy Flow from obligations imposed by law.
- The release of liability in section 6 of the Participant Waiver applies only to the extent lawful and to the Participant covered by that acceptance. A purchaser’s acceptance is not a release by every person in their group.
- We do not exclude liability for negligence, reckless conduct, fraud or other conduct where exclusion is unlawful, or impose an automatic cap equal to the ticket price on claims that cannot lawfully be limited.
- Participants must take reasonable care, follow instructions and protect their belongings. Responsibility for loss or damage is assessed according to the circumstances and applicable law; bringing personal belongings does not remove a claim where Puppy Flow is legally responsible.
- Nothing in these Terms purports to waive a child’s rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Parental acceptance records the permissions, risk acknowledgements and supervision responsibilities described in the waiver.
14. Emergencies and first aid
- The Participant Waiver records permission for staff to provide or arrange reasonable first aid and contact emergency services when necessary. We will also act in accordance with any applicable emergency law. This does not authorise non-emergency treatment or replace consent required by a treating health professional.
- You are responsible for ambulance, medical or other third-party costs incurred for you or a child in your care, except to the extent those costs result from a matter for which Puppy Flow is legally liable.
- For a child, the accompanying Adult must remain present and be able to contact the parent or legal guardian where they are not present. Parental emergency permissions are recorded in the child’s waiver. Relevant information may be provided to emergency responders where necessary and permitted by law.
15. Changes to these Terms
The version accepted at booking ordinarily applies to that booking. Updated Terms apply to future bookings after publication.
We may issue reasonable safety or puppy-welfare instructions for an existing booking. If a later legal requirement or operational change materially affects your booking, we will provide notice where practicable and preserve any cancellation, refund or other remedy available under section 3 or applicable law. Publishing a new version does not retrospectively create media consent or remove an existing right.
16. Complaints and disputes
Please raise concerns first with us at team@puppyflow.com.au so we can try to resolve them promptly. These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of New South Wales and any courts competent to hear appeals from them.
17. General
- If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be read down to the extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions will continue.
- A failure or delay by us in enforcing a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
- These Terms, the booking description and the applicable Participant Waiver are read together. Mandatory law prevails over any inconsistent provision. A specific private-event term applies only where supplied and accepted before payment and lawfully applicable. The Privacy Policy explains personal-information handling, and any separate media permission governs only its stated scope. No document overrides a refusal of optional photography or creates a release by an adult who has not personally accepted it.
