Tickets aren't refundable for a change of mind, but you can move your booking to another date once, free of charge. Email team@puppyflow.com.au at least 48 hours before your session starts, with your booking reference, and we'll confirm if there is space. You can also give your ticket to someone else for free with at least 48 hours' notice; they will need to read our Terms and complete their own waiver. If we cancel or change a session, your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply. Full details are in section 3 of our Terms and Conditions.

A session that is full shows as sold out and can't be booked. New dates are added regularly, so check the Sessions page again soon.

You'll get a confirmation email right after your payment goes through, with your session details. A second email follows with a link to the participant waiver, which everyone attending needs to complete before the session. If you can't see either email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or write to team@puppyflow.com.au.
